A Handful of Beauty Products Worth Talking About

I got a bunch of Josh Rosebrook products to try, and I’m already loving the Body Acid Serum that’s super rich and lightly exfoliates, leaving skin extra soft (I don’t know about you, but I really need this right now). Use the code ANDREA10 site-wide for 10% off.

I know everyone loves Lake & Skye’s cult favorite 11:11 (I’m partial to the hand soap which makes me feel fancy), but now I am super into the Midnight 07, which is slightly sexier and includes all my favorite notes like vetiver and patchouli, with a fresh shot of fig and rose.

The nice people at Doré (Garance Doré’s self-care line) sent me this weird nubby “Le Disque” that I used with Cle de Peau Softening Cleansing Foam and omg did I love the experience! You just use circular motions and your skin feels super clean, glowy and energized after. Who knew?

I was sent a box of Odele products, which included this Moisturizing Body Wash. I parked it in the shower where Mike (husband) discovered it and thought he was getting away with using my fancy, pricy product. The joke’s on him because while it’s super luxurious, a big bottle is only $11.99. I’m also into the Sea Salt Spray that does its job without making hair look dull (as some often do). Plus, it smells delicious. And then there’s the hair oil that nourishes and leaves hair shiny wihout dimethicone (aka silicone) which actually ends up drying out your hair. p.s. I tried something else that I am now obsessed with (hint: it’s a shampoo). I promise you’ll hear about it as soon as it launches.

Just got Rōz Evergreen Styling Cream to try and I already wonder how I lived without it. You use a little bit on dry hair for a cool, wavy vibe, but it also works for smoother styles. And, like all things Rōz, it smells like a really good fragrance (but not too perfume-y if that makes sense).

I started using Living Proof ‘s Density Serum about a week ago because it promises to give hair more volume, and even “minimize the visibility of gray hair”. I have a few sprouting up in my part, so I’ll keep you posted on all of it.
