The first obsession of the day is Refy’s Lash Sculpt mascara which has a thin, curved wand and makes lashes look super separated, long, and natural. And I was just visiting my Goddaughter in London and noticing her insanely perfect brows. Most of it is genes, but she said she uses Refy Brow Sculpt, so I’m ordering a tube, stat.
The jury is out on the Vegamour Gro Serum (anyone have any luck with it?), but I tried the Volumizing Styling Foam (aka mousse), after shampooing and towel drying, and my hair really did look full and wavy.
I use The Outset Purifying Blue Clay Mask whenever my skin looks less than great, and needs a little jolt. It tightens, and brightens, and just smooths things out quickly without making it feel dry. Use the code ANDREA20 on everything.
Doré Le Sérum is the moisturizer I just took with me to London, and I used it morning and night. It’s light, easy, and does the trick.
I want this little shell mirror, because what a cute thing to have on hand should you need to check your teeth for spinach or something. They have so many other good ones to choose from and they would make really fun (and useful) gifts.
Odele’s surf spray contains real sea salt, gives hair a beachy vibe without making it look dull, and the price is right.
I’ve been using Maelove’s The Glow Maker, that feels like giving your skin a big drink of water (literally—it’s not thick or goopy at all).
I thought I would try Merit Flush Balm in Terracotta, even though I suck at applying makeup and never have luck with cream formulas. Turns out it’s so easy to use— You just kind of dab it all over your cheeks and blend and suddenly you have a natural glow. P.S. There are lots of shades to choose from, so you should find one that works for you.
I have really dry nails that peel, and my cuticles aren’t any better. So I grabbed some Kure Bazaar Rose Infusion Cuticle Oil at Ganeaux (sign up for the mailing list so you’ll be the first to know when the site is up). I use this on dry nails and rub into my cuticles, and how pretty are those little floating petals?
I forgot how much I loved Uni Body Serum, of course because it’s moisturizing and soaks in quickly, but really, mostly for the smell. I just wish they made a bigger size because I go through a bottle like lightning. Use the code ANDREA-15 for a nice discount.
I recently started using Versed Liquid Eyeshadow in Vintage (an earthy brown), and it just gives me enough of something to make my eyes look a little more sultry, if that makes sense.
I have a jar of The Roof Crop’s Botanical Balm on. my nightstand, and it’s the last thing I use on my hands and arms before bed—So rich, and smells divine.
ooooh so many fun things to try!
I used the Vegamour growth serum for several months and did think it was helping but there is so much alcohol in it that it dried out my scalp (got really itchy) so I switched to Aavrani - jury still out on it.
