Time for a little refresh

I love a good, crisp white or blue button-down, but this chic khaki one feels so fresh and new, and has safari-shirt vibes without the pockets, etc. I have the same one in Emerald and the cotton and quality are more luxurious than my usual Uniqlo ones. p.s. How good is it with the white jeans?

Full cotton skirts are just right for warmer weather. I have a couple of black ones, but this rich chocolate brown would be extra fun with a lapis tee (or that button-down!) and sandals.

A classic boat shoe is officially sticking around, and this vachetta leather is a nice change from the usual.

I haven’t been wearing my beloved suede Tecovas much lately because it’s been way too cold. Looking forward to busting them back out to wear with those white jeans!

And there’s nothing like a chic, breathable dress like Me+Em’s cheesecloth number that can make you feel polished even on the hottest summer days. p.s. Love the sandals, too.

I’m really feeling pearls lately, and this pair feels a little cooler than plain studs.

And here’s my favorite cotton/linen roll-neck sweater that I wore in last Friday’s post, because it really does deserve another mention (and also good with white jeans!).
