Easy warm-weather clothes don’t have to cost a fortune—There are plenty of affordable, high-quality pieces out there, so you can look and feel cute and have more money to spend on dining al fresco or anything else summery and fun you might want to do. First up is a 100% linen shirt in a cool, slouchy shape that’s just under $80, and comes in lots of colors and stripes (and this one is even marked down).
A classic espadrille like this OG from Soludos looks great with almost everything. I love the black, but if you like something brighter, there are 16 colors to choose from.
Here’s a 100% cotton, classic handblock-print sarong (on sale) that would also make the perfect summer wrap/scarf.
And we can’t forget some quality shades like my favorite Beale style from Warby Parker (I have the dark brown, but these new tortoise-y ones are pretty cool).
These simple 100% cotton pants are on sale in the fun blood orange shade (more verstatile than you’d think), but, of course, the black is fab too and rings in at exactly $100.
A simple black maillot is always a good idea, but this one has cut-outs and shirring, and can be worn multiple ways, all making it just a little sexier.
Adding a shell necklace to the mix is a cool way to feel extra summery. This one is nice and delicate and looks like something you might have bought on the beach in Majorca.
This simple, black Kaftan is nice and light and can be worn as a dress or coverup.
Madewell ‘s chic suede thong sandals are perfect with everything from white jeans (these are on crazy sale), to that kaftan, and they also come in black leather if that’s more your thing.
And what would summer be without some good, cotton tees? Here’s a set of three for $30 (also available in all black and multi-colored packs).
Love the black caftan/kaftan!
I see that black kaftan in my future. Kinda loving the Soludos in black as well. Your all black post is sticking with me!
