Hi! I’m a longtime fan and paid subscriber, sharing some feedback because I’ve historically loved your blog.
What originally drew me in was your focus on timeless style—practical tips that worked across budgets and encouraged creative use of what I already owned. Your posts made fashion feel fun and approachable, with any new purchases feeling intentional and classic.
Lately, though, it feels more focused on product links and one-off recs, especially in beauty. Guest interviews have reinforced that, centering on specific items rather than overall styling ideas. For me, that shift feels less inspiring—it makes fashion feel more about needing a specific product instead of learning how to truly style myself.
Just my two cents. Maybe it’s only a perception shift, and actual posting schedules or content haven't changed. I appreciate your work either way—thank you!
Thank you for the feedback. Always helpful! We haven't really changed our format/stories too much and still do styling posts but will keep this in mind always! xx
That interview was so good! In addition to wanting ALL THE BEAUTY THINGS mentioned I am deeply coveting her comfy-looking couch and packed bookshelves! Andrea did you go with the light/med or med/dark in the salty face?
I've tried another you recommend which is amazing but I am really sensitive to fragrances that I don't like :) so I'm happy to order the salty face tanner--knowing that we have the same taste in tanners!! Also can't wait to listen to Jean's interview--where are my earbuds???
