I just thrifted one of these blazers by now-closed Canadian label Jacob for $11. They were in fashion in the early 00s, and there are many available secondhand (size up, as the 00s styles were slightly more fitted). My last grey blazer was a Vivienne Westwood Red Label (also thrifted), but the f*cking moths got to it, grrr.

Great styling ideas for keeping it current, thank you!💕

I love a grey blazer, and your outfit collage is inspirational, as always. Many years ago I bought a gray herringbone blazer from J Crew that is wonderful, but it needs a rest. I do wish J Crew made a blazer like the one you featured without gold buttons. They seem to have put a gold button on everything this year. J Crew are you listening? Sometimes it’s better to keep things simple.

It’s really easy to change the buttons. If you don’t want to sew them yourself, buy some and take them to your cleaners.

Thank you!

I don’t wear blazers. I work from home and don’t find them comfortable so I only have 2 blazers - for interviews and funerals. But I do think these looks would work with other jackets I have.
